About Me

My photo
Peer Support in Grief / Memory Box Seminars
As a community of non-professionals, we all have one thing in common. We have had a loved one die and (have) are struggling with our own grief. As Grievers Supporting Grievers, we understand “WE GET IT!”. Based on our own experiences we share what has worked for us and what might be good for you to know. All of us have felt like we “LOST IT” when our loved one died; we feared our sense of “LOSS OF CONTROL” over our emotions, our daily routines and our ability to move on. This non-judgmental community has been where you are, and we want to be supportive to others facing these painful life changes of grief. WHAT WE ARE NOT We are not Social workers; Psychologist or Psychiatrist; we are men and women just like you, living what you are living; facing the hardest challenge of our life. Understanding Grief!
